Grew Up on a Farm in Titonka, Iowa

My journey started in Iowa playing on the farm, but has lead me to playing on the mountains.
In college I played D2 rugby, and my experience taught me the importance of teamwork.
My time in Iraq taught me the value of selfless service, sacrifice and honor and most importantly the resilience.
My time as a Army Ranger taught me the responsibility of leadership and a “never quit” mentality. One minute at a time, one day at a time, one win at a time.

My Masters Degree in Human Movement taught me the principles of movement and evidence based techniques will give you predicted outcomes. AND lastly my 20 years of coaching thousands of students, clients and gym goers has taught me that humans need accountability, but most importantly they need self accountability. Nothing fancy is ever needed, just the basic fundamentals and discipline.
